A 10% discount is available for groups of 5+ people, please email registrations@traileventsnz.co.nz for a discount code or to organise a group invoice.
PURCHASING MEALS / CAMPING
If you would like to come to the post-event Hunua Hoedown (dinner, dessert, drinks and entertainment) or better still join us for the whole weekend and camp over, please do so while entering the event.
If you have already completed your event registration and would like to now purchase event merchandise/meals/camping, you can do so through by selecting “My Account” on your confirmation email, or by creating an account online here
Create an account and password, and this will allow you to manage all your Trail Events NZ events.
Select your Hunua Hillbilly event ticket and use the red “Make Changes” button to “Add Items to Ticket.”
EVENT REFUNDS AND WITHDRAWALS
REFUND POLICY
Due to the committed cost of organising this event, if the event is cancelled due to poor weather, natural disasters, pandemic outbreak or any other reasons beyond the Event Directors control (force majeure), refunds will not be given.
TRANSFER POLICY
If you are sick or injured and cannot participate in the event that you’ve entered, you can transfer the value of this entry to any Trail Events NZ event within the following 12 months, minus a $20 administration fee. You must inform us at registrations@traileventsnz.co.nz no later than 2 days before the event day.
Your entry is not transferable to another person. If you are unable to participate on the day, under no circumstances are you to give your race bib to anyone else.
