A 10% discount is available for groups of 10+ people, please email registrations@totalsport.co.nz for a discount code or to organise a group invoice.
PURCHASING MEALS / CAMPING
If you would like to come to the post-event Hunua Hoedown (dinner, drinks and entertainment) or better still join us for the whole weekend and camp over, please do so while entering the event.
If you missed booking this while entering, just click to amend through your confirmation email and you can add the items to your entry. If you can’t locate your confirmation email, please email registrations@totalsport.co.nz
EVENT REFUNDS AND WITHDRAWALS
REFUND POLICY
Due to the committed cost of organising this event, if the event is cancelled due to poor weather, natural disasters, pandemic outbreak or any other reasons beyond the Event Directors control (force majeure), refunds will not be given.
TRANSFER POLICY
If you are sick or injured and cannot participate in the event that you’ve entered, you can transfer the value of this entry to any Total Sport event within the following 12 months, minus a $20 administration fee. You must inform us at registrations@totalsport.co.nz no later than 2 days before the event day.
Your entry is not transferable to another person. If you are unable to participate on the day, under no circumstances are you to give your race bib to anyone else.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
The full Hunua Hillbilly event is strictly 18+ (the running part, we would love to have your families along at the event base for the day/weekend!). We can welcome youth at least 15 years old into the new team event.
